Required Qualifications:

  • Actively participate in a teaming environment that uses lean and 5S practices to improve products and processes

  • High School diploma or GED

Skill Level:

  • Basic written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic math skills

  • Basic computer skills

Essential Functions & Responsibilities (definition of job):

  • Must meet NADCAP certification requirements as required

  • Ability to follow written work instructions, processes and procedures

  • Ability to operate testers, power tools (drill motors, air tools, crimpers), wire brushes, buffers and hand tools as required to assemble and test product

  • Support production needs by performing assembly, testing, marking, blasting, degreasing, cleaning and prepping piece parts, subassemblies and units

  • Ability to operate primary coil winding machine

  • Ability to read and interpret dimensional measurements as required

  • Ability to obtain department certifications (Solder, Braze, operator stamp) as required

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing experience

  • Basic knowledge of blueprints

  • 9-4949 High Reliability solder certification
