Job Description SummaryYou will be part of the ARS team coordinate flow of materials between Customers and Suppliers according to Repair work scopes and production schedules in the shopfloor environment. Support tasks as assigned by your People Leader, not limited to transactional related works, logistic activities, and scrap parts management.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Be the focal point for shopfloor all transactional related activities moving through Asia Repair Solutions (ARS) to designated Suppliers, such that they fulfil all requirements as listed in Customers Repair Orders.
Manage final repaired parts received from Suppliers.
Support activities related to meeting Plant 23 and ARS Metrics.
Carry out weekly cell housekeeping and maintain 5s.
Support production to achieve monthly sales target.
Support Annual Physical Inventory.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ level/SPM and/or with 3 years of relevant experience; or
Minimum SKM/MATA from Malaysia with 2 years of relevant experience
Basic command of written and spoken English
Able to read and understand the manufacturing operation sheets and standard operation procedures in English
Desired characteristics:

Basic knowledge in IT (e.g., Microsoft Office)
