Contract Position

$67.40-$72.40/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Develop and analyze life cycle cost models, perform cost data analytics, and forecast costs and schedules to support engineering and decision-making processes.
• Collect and normalize data, analyze multiple datasets, build engineering models, and communicate findings to engineering teams and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct decision analysis, ensuring cost models align with program requirements and strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Math, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field.
• Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance Required
• 5+ years of experience in cost model development, data analytics, defense industry engineering, or finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and navigating technical and cost data.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to an executive audience and experience in data visualization.
• Desired Skills:
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or background in engineering.
  • Experience with Python, VBA, MS SQL, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of financial systems, statistics, or data management systems.
  • Experience in proposal development, government acquisition processes, or cost engineering.
  • Familiarity with cost models, predictive analytics, and decision analysis techniques.
  • Experience with Capture, Position To Win, or O&S cost analysis.
  • Parametric estimating or TruePlanning experience is a plus.
