What You Will Do

• Perform technical support and troubleshooting of Digital technology (DT) incident tickets
• Responsible for maintenance of hardware asset management (HAM) in Service Now
• Support of DT network infrastructure service requests and or improvements in compliance with DT policies
• Installation and initial setup of new hire equipment in office areas

Qualifications You Must Have

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelors or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract 

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience on PC troubleshooting & repairs
