Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Data Quality management leader (f/m) to join our Data Governance central team based in Marignane, France.

The challenge of AH Data Governance organization is to drive the company to maximize data readiness for value creation in compliance.

We are supporting business with methods, tools and animation of key data topics, such as the deployment of a data community, the set-up of the company data catalog, the acceleration of access to data, the guidance about data protection and compliance, etc.

In 2023, we have initiated a Company Data Quality Management framework, with the objective to put under control the key data of the company, securing the required level of quality.

With this open position, we will accelerate the deployment of this initiative and make Data Quality a key enabler to company performance.

Your challenges:

Organization - Accountable for the process deployment

• Finalize the set-up of Data Quality Management framework and ensure continuous improvement

• Ensure methods integration within AH processes

• Drive the development of required tools to support this new process

Connection - Ensure the efficient deployment and execution of Data Quality Management throughout business domains, animating and supporting key contributors to:

• Identify Data Quality Topics considered as priorities

• Understand non-quality root causes and propose remediation plans

• Set-up continuous monitoring of selected Data Quality criteria

• Follow-up the execution of remediation plans

Sponsorship – Drive decisions and advise management

• Report to AH top management about Data Quality status to ensure Data is managed as a company asset

Decisions taken will have a significant short-term impact on company performance and a long term influence on overall data management culture.

Your profile:

• With a Master Degree in business management, data management or related area, you are recognized for:

  • being autonomous, rigorous, a team player, results-oriented,

  • having adaptation and communication skills.

• Expected competencies:

  • change management,

  • knowledge of Data Governance concepts

• French & English are mandatory.

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
