Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance services and emergent support for all positive feed equipment and other pneumatic tools at BSC across all shifts.
- Able to join a team with a positive work culture.
- Pick up and deliver tools in need of repair/replacementMakes minor and major repairs on tools collected from across the site
- Perform manufacture, assembly and fabrication of tools.
- Operate various factory support equipment to move materials, product, and tools as required.
- Provide tooling support to other organizations
- Coordinate tooling swaps and replacements
- Assist in determining fabrication and assembly processes for the design.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED combined with 1 + year of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be willing to work train on 1st shift and support a 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift schedule.
- Must be able to work some weekends
- Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.
- 1+ years of experience with the set-up, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of machine tools
- 1+ years of experience in repairing, maintaining, construction, and/or the inspection of tools, dies, jigs, powerfeed, etc.
- Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 6+ months of experience repairing, setting-up and performing general maintenance on tools
- 6+ months of experience documenting tool repairs and managing tool inventory
