What You Will Do

As a Bondroom Tech, employee will ensure document accountability for jet engine parts, components, controls, sub-assemblies, support equipment tooling, and complete engines to meet audit and inventory requirements. Technician will perform periodic inspections on shop equipment, monitor and control calibration of tooling/equipment, consumable material usage, hazardous waste disposal, and shop towel program.

The typical duties include, but are not limited to:

- Complete and maintain required paperwork in accordance with established procedures, including but not limited to work orders, tools, equipment, deviation reports, sign-offs, and logs.

- Participate in and comply with requirements of ACE/CI programs, training, and activities to achieve company goals.

- Perform routine maintenance of equipment.

- Obtain and maintain licenses, operator permits, or certifications as required. - Prepare tools and equipment for shipping.

- Handle and process hazardous material and its related wastes safely, and in accordance with approved documented work instructions.

- Perform additional tasks in support of business objectives High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience. Strong computer skills required; Microsoft Office and SAP a plus

- Strong communication and organizational skills required.

- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and occasional holidays when required.

- Flexibility to work alternate shifts as required.

- Ability to lift heavy objects as required.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance required. Must be able to obtain required security clearances within 12 months and maintain.

Must be willing to work any shift and participate in shift rotation.

Initial shift assignment will be determined after start date.

Must also be willing to work weekends, holidays and pre/post shift overtime as required.

The salary range for this role is $22.72 - $38.03 an hour USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Qualifications You Must Have:

•High school diploma or GED

•3+ Months work experience

•Familiarity with Microsoft Office

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer

•1 year of experience in production/tool control, warehouse inventory management, or the tear-down, build-up or inspection of jet engines.

•Ability to obtain Secret Clearance or current Secret Clearance

•Previous experience in Aerospace/ Military Aircraft

S Diploma or AA/AS degree(or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
