Job Summary

This role works within HR Operations and provides centralized HR administration for a defined group of employees.  They are focused on providing all administrative tasks required in an employee’s life cycle and their work involves continuous management of data within a full suite SuccessFactors HRIS system.  They also interact daily with HR, Talent and Development, business leaders and direct service to employees for general administrative changes. 

 

Office Location: Westlake, TX 
Hybrid Schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days at home

Job Responsibilities
  • HR Administration
    • Manage onboarding and off-boarding process, data collection/entry, and processing of relevant candidate and new hire information and reporting.
    • Administration of all record changes.  Changes include PTO, timekeeping, travel and expense system and compensation changes.
    • Work with rewards team on system-based solutions for the tracking and reporting on payroll and benefits data.
  • Record Maintenance
    • Responsible for creating, maintaining, and auditing complete and accurate HR files and databases relating to all employment and benefits-related records.
  • Compliance
    • Coordinate and complete US relevant compliance requirements.  Including reporting of ACA, EEO, annual employee notices, Vets 100, OFCCP.
    • Work with benefits team on consolidation of data for annual audits and non-discrimination testing of 401(k), pensions, data collection for 5500 reporting.
  • Reporting
    • Provide standardized reporting to senior HR team and training on report generation.
    • Assist in the development and distribution of data and reporting as required, including preparing reporting in PowerPoint.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Success Factors (Wilbur) super champion for North America with strong understanding of system set up and implications of changes, with particular focus on Employee Central module.
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs with Wilbur and ensure these are reflected in reporting and analytics.
    • Cascade and customize communication from the Wilbur team to relevant stakeholders and share feedback to Wilbur team from users within the region.
    • Provide standardized system data reports and associated analysis for relevant stakeholders.
    • Develop and deliver training to key system users within the region.
    • Coordinate the interface of timekeeping to the payroll system
    • Ability to effectively work autonomously with the support of the manager, HR administration & HRIS and the wider US Leadership team

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of HRIS administration experience in Success Factors or Workday required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of full-time administrative or human resources experience involving daily interaction with employees and managers required
  • Must be fluent (speaking and reading) the English Language
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to program security clearance requirements and/or SSA requirements.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • GKN Experience 
  • Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Strong HR process knowledge and experience of HR Business Process framework.
  • Ability to analyze key processes/systems, identify key risks and develop system-driven solutions, in conjunction with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (incl. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to effectively work autonomously with the support of the HR Operations and Benefits Country Lead and the wider US
