Fenwick is seeking an experienced ISSO to maintain the security posture and provide day-to-day security operations for multiple complex information systems / security boundaries in OCONUS location(s). This assignment would be an expat assignment for a duration of 9-12 months. The candidate should have sufficient experience and expertise to be competent with a new installation of complex information systems and security infrastructure compliant to JSIG requirements. The candidate should be comfortable working closely with customer approval authorities, and implementing security operations to achieve successful ATO or IATT. The Fenwick information infrastructure includes the integration of several classification domains, Cross Domain Solutions, classified networks, COMSEC, and spans multiple global locations. The candidate shall implement the IS security program and policies for the OCONUS location(s) including safeguards and continuous monitoring. The candidate shall fulfill the job functions in accordance with the JSIG including support to the ISSM and close engagement with system admins to ensure the provisions put forth in the Risk Management Framework (RMF) package are followed.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a STEM related field.

DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level 1 or higher.

- Experience as an ISSO implementing or managing cyber security requirements on classified systems under JSIG.

- Must be willing to travel overseas up to 12 months.

- Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Top Secret prior to starting this position. This requires US Citizenship.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $114,100 - $218,600 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
