What You Will Be Doing
This position will serve as Aero Operations Control Account Manager (CAM) within the Fort Worth Aeronautics team. This role will require managing cost, schedule, and performance of various domestic and international contracts across multiple international companies, countries and programs.
• Ideally the candidate will have production knowledge, as well as a strong background in Finance and Supplier Contract Life-cycle.

• This knowledge will also be used to help identify, resolve, and implement corrective actions within the theme of continuous improvement.

• Co-Producer Earned Value integration by developing and monitoring cost performance across multiple co-production sites.

• The responsibilities associated with this position include performing cost/schedule variance analyses, developing monthly Estimate At Complete (EAC) assessments, implementing scope changes, and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development and support.
• Employee will support the Earned Value tempo for the organization. It is expected for this individual to work closely with Supply Chain, Program Office, Domestic Production support groups, Deployed Personnel, and Finance to successfully manage the accounts to closure.
Will be required to develop and utilize metric tools to track and report progress to all levels of leadership.
• Develops/elevates/manages Risk Mitigation Plans. Monitors Co-Producer Performance and elevates issues to leadership. Identify process improvement opportunities (implement as applicable).
• Support new business proposal activity with scheduling, staffing and budget estimates.

Basic Qualifications:
- Control Account Manager (CAM) or Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or cost and schedule experience
Desired Skills:
- Bachelors Degree
- F-16 or F-35 Production Experience
- Supplier and/or Subcontract Management experience
- Advanced Level Microsoft Excel practitioner
- Experience implementing Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles
- Exposure to International Business Practices
- Experience creating Basis of Estimates (BOE)
- Experience in Negotiations with Customers
- Experience working independently to accomplish tasks with little direction
- Experience working with staff and management at varying levels

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
