Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Manufacturing Support Team Member. The Manufacturing Support Team Member assists the First Line Leader in ensuring the production team has the resources to meet daily commitments. They perform activities in a variety of cross-functional aspects of the build process, interfacing with program engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Tool Design, Quality, and Production Control to ensure a smooth build process. They are the primary contact for technicians to understand constraints and work diligently to relieve, document, or communicate as efficiently as possible to support production floor needs. The successful candidate will have technical and/or manufacturing experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Aerospace Engineering
• Basic Knowledge of CAD software
• Manufacturing / Production Experience either in classes or a prior internship
• Basic Knowledge of Agile Project Management
• Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Preparing and presenting information for a variety of groups, including customers and executive leadership.
• Ability to interpret data of various types (technical, process, financial) and create presentations that summarize the data in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work effectively in high-profile schedule-driven environments.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
