Job Responsibilities

To perform mechanical repair & assembly work of aircraft structural component.

• Able to perform the following:
• Mechanical Repair
• Part Forming
• Part Replacement Work
• Assembly and Disassembly Work
• Can work independently on at least 3 skills set
• Have good product knowledge of at least 1 major program
• Setup Alignment Jig / ASMJ for Repair Work
• Handle more than one job at a time
• Schedule repair process to meet job delivery
• Perform basic troubleshooting in Assembly work  
• Clear Work Package upon job completion
• Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Ensure good discipline in Ops staff, housekeeping & shop floor safety
• Ensure a harmonious and safe environment for the technicians

Requirements:

• Diploma/Nitec in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering
• Preferably with 1 to 3 years of experience in the maintenance, repair & overhaul of nacelle components
• Understanding of blue prints, repair instructions & sketches
• Possess CAAS A12, B11 & L11/L12 papers would be advantageous
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• A team player with a positive working attitude and keen interest to learn
• Fresh school leavers will be considered for an entry level positio
