We achieve this using artificial intelligence and advanced marketing technologies, while building a platform (PEGA) that enables these personalized customer journeys. What will you do?In your new job as a Pega Developer, you will be responsible on a daily basis for implementing business requirements with attention to maintenance, stability, and security.

- Designing and configuring decision logic and offer flows with a focus on continuous improvement;
- Managing the hierarchy of propositions, creating offer flows, and developing business rules using eligibility, validity, and relevance rules;
- Developing Next-Best-Action and targeted real-time campaigns to achieve integrated strategic goals for both incoming and outgoing customer interactions;
- Collaborating with the Lead Decisioning Architect, Business Analysts, and Product Owner with the aim of automating BAU (Business as Usual) tasks;
- Defining and integrating efficiently adaptive models within the decision logic;
- Increasing campaign efficiency by defining optimal target segmentation, exclusions, and the use of new data sources to drive relevant customer interactions;
- You will follow the Agile way of working and continuously invest in employees.
Where do you land?As a Medior Pega Developer, you will be part of the IT department at Transavia. The ongoing mission here is to deliver advanced technology to provide an extraordinary experience for both passengers and colleagues. You will work with self-organizing DevOps teams, the IT Area Lead, Product Owner, Domain Architect, and Agile Coach.
Your profileFor this vacancy of Pega Developer at Transavia, you have a lot to offer, because:
- You have a bachelors degree (HBO) or equivalent experience, preferably in computer science;
- You have experience with implementing marketing campaigns in Pega CDH version 8.x or higher;
- You have experience managing the proposition hierarchy and developing business rules using eligibility, validity, and relevance rules;
- Experience with SQL and Pega NBA Designer is a plus;
- You are familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum;
- You are communicative, results-oriented, and detail-focused;
- You are a true team player; you achieve results with your team;
- You are adaptable and willing to change continuously to improve and keep up with the ever-changing world around us.
You have the following certifications:
- Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant;
- Certified Pega Data Scientist;
- Certified Pega Senior System Architect is a plus.
