The Programme:
With two rotations of 12 months, you will spend time shadowing the Chief Pilot and other senior Ops personnel with various analytical, reporting and administrative tasks to help manage our 8,000+ strong pilot workforce.
You will then assist Ryanairs Safety team, the best in the business to monitor potential threats to our operation, promote our “Just Culture” as well as providing regular safety & security updates across the Ryanair Group network. This is a key area of the business and vital for ensuring that our 40+ years impeccable safety record remains.
Our Ground Ops Graduates will get a chance to get into the day to day of the operation. Consisting of 2 rotations, you will assist senior managers in running our Ground Handling at some of our biggest bases, ensuring that our flights depart on time with happy guests. You will then shadow a number of Regional GOPs Managers throughout the network ensuring that each of destination airports are following the Ryanair procedures and executing the perfect 25 minute Turnaround

What you need to get in - You will need to be on track to achieve a minimum of 2.1 and have excelled in your degree course. We want inspirational graduates who have a story to tell and who have strong outside interests. Cultural fit at Ryanair is just as important as academics.
