Description:The Lockheed Martin performance management team is seeking a college intern to assist in the planning, development, and execution of evolving our performance management culture of continuous feedback, check-ins, and goals. Additionally, the intern will be supporting our 1LMX technology initiative by testing the functionality of our performance management tool.
The intern selected for this role will also support and partner with both the performance management team and the enterprise technology team.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
O This role will involve supporting development of
performance management resources, change
management resources, and employee
engagement opportunities.
O There will be opportunities to support all our
business areas and work with multiple partners
and stakeholders.
O This role offers the opportunity to support
high-visibility HR projects, interact with business
management and HR, and create deliverables
for the highest levels of leadership in a major
corporation.
TESTING OF PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
O This role will focus on the testing of the
performance management system for the
feedback, check-ins, goals, and year-end
functionalities in the tool.
Basic Qualifications:
Pursuing a graduate-level (Master’s or PhD) degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership or similar discipline

• Completed coursework in Organizational Psychology,
Performance Appraisal, and Psychology of Training and
Evaluation or similar courses
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite of Tools
including: Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams,
and PowerPoint
• Must be technically savvy
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency and enjoyment working with data
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Effective communication of complex ideas to a variety of
audiences
• Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment
• Must be at ease multi-tasking and being asked to
frequently change directions on a day-to-day basis as
needs arise.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $35,173 - $67,392 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
Pay Rate:
