As a Process Developer - Accounts Receivable, you’ll play a key role in driving transformation and advancing our AR processes.

In this dynamic role, you’ll support our local AR team by overseeing and evaluating processes and projects. Your responsibilities will include managing reminders and collections, as well as KPI reporting.

Your role will involve building strong relationships across the organization, and your ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders will be essential. Together with our process leaders, you’ll also support our BPO partners in their daily operations.

We believe that to succeed in this role, you have:

• An interest and understanding of accounts receivable; you may be at the early stages of your career.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, invoice operators, and Excel.
• An interest in digital solutions, such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
• A thorough, patient, and process-oriented approach, combined with strong analytical skills and a drive to achieve results and improve processes.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
• Relevant formal education is preferred but can be substituted with experience in finance or AR.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A commitment to working from the office at least three days per week.
