Job Description:

Dassault Falcon Jet is building a state-of-the-art flagship Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility at the Melbourne Orlando International Airport in Melbourne, Florida. Dassault Falcon Jet will serve customers across North and South America and beyond, the complex will accommodate all current Falcon models, (including the new, ultra-long-range Falcon 10X, the largest purpose-built business jet), and will be capable of performing major maintenance and modifications on up to 18 Falcon models.

Dassault Falcon Jet in Stuart, FL is seeking a full time Project Support Administrator. This position is key in effectively supporting aircraft maintenance projects. This position is responsible for assisting the Customer Project teams in work order administration in the areas of discrepancy entry, work-scope monitoring, timely invoicing and other responsibilities as assigned. This position will work across different operational teams in the support of duties.

Principle Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Enter post-arrival squawks into Corridor.
  • Prepare Aircraft Work Proposal and Agreement (AWPA) for work arising.
  • Activate squawks approved by customer in the DAS portal / work order discrepancy log.
  • Send Customer Surveys.
  • Establish and maintain customer profile database.
  • Ensure invoicing for services received has been applied to work order.
  • Coordinates and submits documentation for approval of work for warranty and special programs.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree in business, Finance, Accounting or related field. May substitute directly related experience for education.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to learn and understand technical aviation terminology.
  • Ability to stay organized and work with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, technicians, and customers in a business-like professional manner.
  • Ability to manage time constraints, changing objectives and demanding clientele.
  • Corridor maintenance operations software experience.
  • Working knowledge of aircraft maintenance programs.
