The RTV Coordinator is responsible for shipping parts back to vendors and shipping Interco parts to Canada. The RTV Coordinator is also responsible for shipping out any parts labeled as dangerous goods.
receive and push the reservation in the system.
Pick and package parts.
Consolidate and audit trolleys
Research goods received and serial/lot numbers
I get Dimensions and weights.
Input all information into software
receive requests and push the reservation, pick parts and send to quality
Package the part, enter dimensions and weight into software, attach waybills once they are received
Stage parts for pickup
Create Dangerous goods declaration when necessary
Package material per guidelines, input d/w into lotus, create DG declaration, attach proper placards, attach waybills, and send out accordingly.
Other duties as assigned
18 years old or Older
GED / High School Diploma
Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics environment.
Basic data entry and/or word processing skills.
Ability to operate Stand Up forklifts
