Une offre de stage intitulée &34;Stage en Conduite du Changement Digital & Communication (ALL GENDERS)&34; vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein d&39;Airbus Helicopters sur le site de Marignane, près de Marseille.

Vous rejoindrez le projet newERP qui est chargé de la définition et du déploiement de la dernière version de SAP, appelée S/4 HANA.

Ce stage a une durée de 6 mois et commence idealement en Janvier 2025 (flexible).

Les taches principales seront orientées autour de la communication d’une part et de la conduite du changement d’autre part.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Vous serez sous la responsabilité d&39;un manager qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences.

Vous contribuerez aux principales activités suivantes :

• Rédaction d&39;articles, production de contenu pour la plateforme de communication digitale (time traveller), coordination et préparation logistique des événements, contribution à l&39;élaboration de vidéos et à l&39;organisation d&39;ateliers;

• Support au suivi de la préparation au changement;

• Support à l&39;animation du réseau des ambassadeurs du changement;

• Contribution à la mise en place d&39;organismes de formation.

Votre carte d&39;embarquement :

Vous suivez actuellement une formation de niveau BAC&43; 5 dans le domaine de la communication ou équivalent pour un stage de 6 mois.

Vous possédez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Maîtrise de la Suite Google.

• Organisé, curieux et proactif.

• A démontré de solides capacités d&39;analyse et de résolution de problèmes.

• Notions ERP ou SAP S/4 HANA.

• Compétences en communication efficace.

Compétences linguistiques :

• Anglais : courant

• Français : avancé

• L&39;espagnol est un plus

An internship offer entitled &34;Internship in Digital Change Management & communication  (ALL GENDERS)&34; has just opened within Airbus Helicopters on Marignane site, near Marseille. 

You will join the New ERP project who is in charge of deploying the latest version of SAP, called S/4 HANA

This internship will consist of communication tasks and change management activities related to the deployment of S/4 HANA.

This internship has a duration of 6 months

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities. 

Tasks and responsibilities:
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• Writing articles, content production for the Digital Communication Platform, coordination and logistic preparation for events; contribute to the elaboration of videos and organization of workshops

• Support change readiness monitoring

• Support animation of the change ambassador network

• Contribute to the set-up of training organization

Skills & Prerequisites:
You will integrate a BAC&43; 5 level training in the field of communication or equivalent for an internship of 6 months

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

• Proficiency in Google Suite.

• Organized, inquisitive, and proactive.

• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• ERP or SAP notions

• Effective communication skills.

Language skills:
English: fluent
French: advanced

Spanish is a plus
