Une offre de stage intitulée : Stage 2025 en modélisation des coûts de maintenance des aéronefs . vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein d&39; Airbus Commercial sur son site de Toulouse, Saint Martin.

Vous rejoindrez le département Maintenance Opération chargé de définir les architecture et son intégration pour les futurs avions. 

Votre stage consistera à: explorer la définition de nouvelles méthodes pour la maintenance prédictive des nouvelles plateforme d’avion, élaborer la première version d&39;une spécification pour un outil de modélisation des coûts. Cette activité tirera profit des résultats d&39;études existantes et prendra en compte les contraintes liées aux interfaces du diagnostic et du pronostic avec l&39;ensemble de l&39;écosystème. Les trois grands thèmes à traiter lors de ce stage seront :

• Identifier en détail l&39;ensemble de l&39;écosystème et les contraintes associées

• Évaluer la pertinence et le niveau de réutilisation des résultats et prototypes existants et extraire les facteurs clés/métriques correspondants

• Fournir une première version de la spécification de l&39;outil de modélisation des coûts capable de soutenir la prise de décision de conception pour le futur déploiement de diagnostic et de pronostic

Idéalement, ce stage d’une durée de 6 mois commencera en Janvier 2025 (la période est communiquée à titre indicatif, et pourra être modifiée). 

Tâches et responsabilités : 

Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences. Vos principales activités seront les suivantes: 

• Recherche sur l’état de l’art des méthode permettant d’évaluer la maintenance prédictive sur les parties impact des couts des diagnostiques et pronostiques

• Enquête et analyse des technologies qui peuvent être appliqué pour la maintenance du future

• Support la définition des méthodes et outils associés aux fonctions de la maintenance prédictive et son développement 

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes : 

• Travail dans un environnement multidisciplinaire et en utilisant la méthode Agile

• Connaissance des technologies et méthodes associées à la maintenance prédictive et son business case associé

Votre carte d’embarquement : 

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac &43;5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de l’aéronautique ou une discipline apparentée? Vous possédez les compétences suivantes : 

• Connaissance des opérations avions et des technologies digitales (IA, IT, connectivité,...)

• Première expérience en modélisation de technologies et de leurs valeurs appréciées

Soft skills :

• Bonne capacité de communication et d&39;influence

• Proactivité dans la recherche

Compétences linguistiques attendues : 

• Anglais : courant 

• Français  : avancé

We offer an internship: Aircraft maintenance cost modeling (f/m) at Airbus Operations in Toulouse Saint Martin. 

You will join the Maintenance Operations department in charge of Defining the architecture and its integration of the Maintenance operations of the future. 

Your internship will consist in: exploring the definition of better methods for the condition based maintenance principles , elaborate the first version of a specification for a cost model tool. This activity will take advantage of the existing studies  results and will consider the constraints linked to the interfaces of the diagnosis and prognosis with the entire ecosystem.

The three major topics to be treated during this internship will be to:

• Identify in detail of the entire ecosystem and the associated constraints 

• Assess the relevancy and the level of reuse of existing results and prototypes and to extract the corresponding key drivers/metrics

• Deliver a first version of the Cost Model Tool specification  able to support design decision making for the future Diagnostic and Prognostic deployment

Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start in January 2025 (date subject to flexibility).

Main tasks and activities : 

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills 

You will contribute to the following: 

• Study the state of the art of the methods evaluating Diagnostics & Prognostics cost impacts 

• Investigate and assess technologies relevant to the maintenance of the future

• Support associated method and tool definition and development 

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills: 

• Work in multi functional team and Agile method working mode

• Predictive maintenance operations technologies, methods and associated business case

Your Boarding Pass : 

You are preparing a diploma level Bac&43;5 in Aerospace engineering (or equivalent), and you will develop the following competences: 

• Knowledgeable about aircraft operations and digital technologies (AI, IT, connectivity,...)

• Motivated in value/cost/sustainability  ideally with a first modeling experience through projects

Soft skills :

• Good communication and influencing skills

• Proactivity in research

Language skills : 

• French  : advanced

• English  : fluent
