Responsibilities
Knowledge: Understands safety is everyone’s first priority. Be able to work from technical documents including blue prints and drawings, written specifications, charts, tables, etc. Skills: Set up and operate radial, band, abrasive and cold saws, adjusting speeds and feeds for a wide variety of materials. Stores stock materials, identifies and fills orders. Will operate overhead cranes and may require team member to obtain forklift operator’s license. Abilities: Works effectively with others as part of a high performing team. Maintains a track record of high-quality work. Preserves high efficiencies and continuous improvement ideas. Required to effectively use personal computers, data management systems and software. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: High School diploma required. Experience: 1 to 3 years related experience or equivalent training to perform position responsibilities. Requires the use of appropriate grammar and arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, including decimals and fractions. Demonstrates effective verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills. Physical Demand: Moderate physical effort consisting of frequent standing, twisting, bending, lifting, moving or turning average weight material. Must demonstrate manual dexterity and may be required to lift up to 40 pounds.

- Salary Range for this position based in Eugene, OR is $20.01/hr-$22.14/hr
- This position is eligible for a 15 target Annual Cash Incentive Bonus Plan, based upon various factors including division performance.
