Shop Floor Control Coordinator - Mfg

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the Shop Floor Control responsibilities of the manufacturing department which include but are not limited to:

• Load/capacity monitoring of assigned area
• Monitoring and tracking performance of assigned area to the Industrial Master Schedule (IMS)
• Coordination of logistics between assigned area and its customers and suppliers
• Expediting and resolution of problems concerning IMS production orders
• Process Improvement

• Associate degree, completed, relevant education may be substituted for yuears of relevant work experience. 1 year of education = 2 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum two (2) years experience in the aircraft production/manufacturing field
• Working knowledge of schedules and flow charts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word)
• Analytical skills
• Good communication skills, written and oral
• Must be able to function throughout the total facility, including up and down stairs and in and out of aircraft with or without reasonable accommodation.
