Lockheed Martin Space is looking for an experienced Site Training Coordinator to join our team in Courtland, AL! In this pivotal role, you will leverage your experience to develop critical skill training for our workforce, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of safety and quality.
The job includes duties such as,
• Pipeline Integration: Lead the seamless integration of the AIDT pipeline into our site, overseeing the entire process from planning to execution.
• Training Curriculum Oversight: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for all site personnel, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Certification Management: Proactively manage and monitor certifications for site personnel, ensuring timely renewals and preventing any lapses in compliance.
• Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication across the site, collaborating with functional leaders to ensure a unified approach to training and development.
• Community Engagement: Act as a liaison for the site in external hiring community events, promoting a positive image and participating in activities that align with our values and attract the best talent.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in training processes and materials, implementing solutions to enhance overall training effectiveness.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to track and measure the impact of training programs, making data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards, ensuring the site remains compliant with all relevant training requirements.
• Resource Allocation: Effectively manage resources for training initiatives, optimizing budget allocation and ensuring cost-effective training solutions.
• Personnel Development: Support the professional development of site personnel by identifying training needs and recommending appropriate programs.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, certifications, and compliance status, generating regular reports for leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other project managers and leaders to align training efforts with broader organizational goals and objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in project management and/or training coordination.
• Experience with data analysis and/or reporting.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Previous Manufacturing experience
• Experience developing training curriculums
• Forklift certification
• Crane certification
• Certifications related to adhesives, bonding, torque
• Experience as a trainer in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Lockheed Command Media and Best practices.
• Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships and collaborate with others to meet training needs.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Computer, visual communications, and basic software skills to include but not limited to Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, projectors, and visual displays.
• Current Secret security clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
