Airbus Helicopters is looking for a SPIR Business Partner (f/m) to join our Human Resources Department based in Marignane, France for a 6-month contract.

A vacancy for a Social Policy & Industrial Relations (SPIR) Business Partner (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Helicopters in Marignane. 

The SPIR Business Partner supports the Human Resources Business Leader (HRBL) at local level on all social policies, labour law and industrial relations topics. He/she guaranties a proper implementation of the branch / company agreements, collective regulations and local labour law. As such, you will guaranty the application and the buy-in of existing Social Dialog Company agreement in order to maintain a soft and constructive social dialog.

Your challenges:

  • Guaranty at local level a proper implementation of the branch / company agreements, collective regulations and local labour law.

  • Guaranty the application and the buy-in of existing Social Dialog Company agreement in order to maintain a constructive social dialog.

  • Manage relationship with social partners in close collaboration with the HR Business Leader/ the HR Business Partner in its respective area

  • Contribute to the community of practice : maintain and up skill its technical competences and contribute to transnational / trans divisional projects

  • Ensure compliance with Labour law in the operational cluster on collective and individual matters

  • Promote a sustainable and robust buy-in of the company social policies with all relevant stakeholders. 


 

Your profile:

  • Master&39;s degree in Law, or equivalent

  • At least 3 years of experience within Human Resources and/or labour law.

  • Real team player

  • Ability to work in an international and cross-functional environment

  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and written/oral expression

  • High professional integrity and ethical standards

  • Good negotiation skills


 

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
