Une offre de stage intitulée  Stage en Développement Industriel A350 (f/h) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein de Airbus Commercial sur son site de de Toulouse - Saint Martin. Vous rejoindrez le département  Planning et intégration industrielle  en charge de mettre en place le système industriel pour les nouveaux développements.

Intégré au sein de l&39;équipe Intégration industrielle et planification de l&39;A350, votre stage consistera à la rédaction de différents documents décrivant les activités menées sur les projets de développement de nouveaux avions Wide Body afin de définir, spécifier, évaluer et suivre les règles d&39;or de maturité industrielle et de planification du développement, y compris la stratégie de provisions et les stratégies de montée en cadence. Les activités porteront principalement sur la cartographie et la définition des principaux processus et moyens contribuant à la réalisation des différents processus au niveau attendu pour délivrer des hypothèses adaptées aux exigences du programme de développement et éviter toute perturbation de la production en série.

Le développement d&39;un outil pourrait être discuté pour tenter d&39;automatiser la capture des hypothèses de planification lors du démarrage d&39;un nouveau programme de développement.

Idéalement, ce stage d’une durée de 6 mois commencera en Février 2024 

(la période est communiquée à titre indicatif, et pourra être revue).

Tâches et responsabilités:

Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences. Vos principales activités seront les suivantes:

• Réaliser une cartographie des principaux processus industriels en décrivant les rôles, les responsabilités, et les moyens nécessaires pour atteindre le niveau de maturité industrielle requis, afin d&39;assurer un flux industriel sans perturbations.

• Interagir avec divers interlocuteurs de l&39;industrie, du planning et de différents programmes.

• Vous découvrirez tous les aspects de la planification du développement et de l&39;industrialisation d&39;un avion : Gestion de programme industriel, Entrée de conception de produit pour l&39;industrie, Processus de construction / Concept, Système de fabrication, Chaîne d&39;approvisionnement / Approvisionnement, Qualification, Montée en puissance et Transition.

Votre carte d’embarquement :

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac &43;5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de l’Aéronautique ou du Génie industriel ou une discipline apparentée? 

• Gestion de projets industriels,

• Compréhension des principes de l&39;industrialisation aéronautique,

• Interaction avec diverses parties prenantes industrielles,

• Connaissance des processus de fabrication et de la gestion de la chaîne d&39;approvisionnement,

• Synthèse et formalisation des processus industriels,

• Développement et formalisation des processus,

• Réseautage au sein d&39;une grande entreprise,

• Travail en équipe.

• Adaptation à un environnement professionnel complexe,

• Autonomie et responsabilité dans la gestion des tâches.

Compétences linguistiques attendues :

Anglais : Niveau avancé.

Français  : Niveau intermédiaire.

An internship opportunity titled &34;Industrial Development Internship A350 (f/m)&34; has just opened at Airbus Commercial at its Toulouse - Blagnac - Wings Campus site. You will be joining the &34;Planning and Industrial Integration&34; department responsible for establishing the industrial tool for new developments.

Integrated in the A350 Industrial Integration & Planning team, your mission will be focused on the redaction of different documents describing the activities being undertaken on Wide Body New Development projects in order to define, specify, assess and monitor the Industrial Maturity and the Planning Development golden rules, including provisions strategy and ramp-up strategies The activities will mainly focus on the mapping and definition of the main processes and means contributing to the achievement of the different processes at the expected level to deliver assumptions adapted to the development program requisite and avoid disturbance in serial production.

The development of a tool could be discussed to try to automate the planning assumptions capture when starting a new development program.

Ideally, this 6-month internship will commence in February 2024 (date subject to flexibility).

This position requires a security clearance or requires to be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities. 

 
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Your mentor will help you identify your professional objectives and support your skill development. Your primary activities will include:

• Mapping key industrial processes by defining roles, responsibilities, and necessary means to achieve the expected level of industrial maturity, ensuring a smooth industrial flow,

• Interacting with various industry, planning stakeholders and different programs.

• You will have to interface to many contributors, from different programs, linked to the industrial & planning world. You will discover all the aspects of the development planning & industrialisation of one aircraft: Industrial Program Management , Product Design Input for Industrial, Build Process / Concept, Manufacturing System, Supply Chain / Procurement, Qualification, Ramp up & Transition.

Your Boarding Pass:

You are currently pursuing a Bac &43;5 level diploma (or equivalent) in Aeronautics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. You will develop the following competences:

• Industrial project management,

• Understanding of aeronautical industrialization principles,

• Ability to interact with multiple industrial stakeholders,

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management,

• Synthesis and formalization of industrial processes,

• Development and formalization of processes,

• Networking within a large company,
