As a Summer Student in the Operations department, you will support an organizational design project looking at how administrative functions are structured. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and communications tasks. You can look forward to conducting research and compiling results and recommendations for senior leadership, leveraging your attention to detail to ensure accuracy of the content.Job Description
The summer student will be exposed to different areas in the department:
Research and synthesizing information:
Compiling information from job descriptions, stakeholder feedback, and online research.
Make recommendations for the structure of administrative functions within the Operations portfolio.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior leaders.
General administrative support:
Assistance with information updates/maintenance of SharePoint online collaboration sites.
Update electronic publications and data files.
Update existing documents (ex.: procedures manuals, Memorandum of Understanding).
Assist with material production such as checklists, forms, presentations, and tracking sheets.

Requirements:
Responsibilities:
Organize large quantities of information from various sources into a cohesive report.
Conduct data analysis (ex.: job evaluations, survey outputs).
Make recommendations to leadership.
