• Updating MRO employee training records via AMOS;
• Issuance of training records/reports when requested;
• Monitoring the mandatory training of MRO employees;
• Scheduling training courses;
• Controlling classroom usage and instructor alignment to courses;
• Processing enrolment of staff onto training courses;
• Responsible for archiving all paperwork from courses;
• Maintain training registers for MRO training department;
• Password Resets for Learning Management System;
• Controlling Assessment Materials;
• Responsible for notifying management team of instructor availability;
• Liaise with respective HR departments on training and recruitment;
• Act as a focal for correspondence between local training providers and the MRO;
• Act as local MRO Exam Invigilator when requested;
• Sending notification of courses running to base maintenance staff;
• Assist other BM sites where designated by the BM Training Supervisor;
• Report any error on training material to the BM Training Supervisor;
• Report any training department necessities to the BM Training Supervisor
Requirements1. Experience of Microsoft Packages - Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.
2. Previous experience of Smartsheets.
3. Strong administrative skills, with excellent organisational skills.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
5. Excellent inter-personal and relationship building skills.
6. High attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines and a flexible approach to supporting the needs of the business.
