Under moderate guidance, responsible for dip-paint processes.
Operate assigned equipment and working in paint booth. Wear respirator as required. Handle paint and chemicals.
Proper disposal of paint and chemical per OSHA regulations.
Record and report production data. Set up and change-over equipment. Experience handling chemicals and paint.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Reports to Operations/Shift Supervisor; receives direction from Team Leads. Standing for extended periods of time at job stations. All job functions require approved PPE.
Skills/Abilities:
- Experience handling chemicals and paint

- Understanding of OSHA regulations

- Technique is everything. Experience/technique/ability to work without supervision
Hours: 7-330pm 1st Shift
Education & Experience Required:
- HS Diploma or equivalent;
- 1-3+ years of experience in paint processes (recommended).
