Summary of Essential Duties:
- Put safety above all.
- Comply with schedules and other directives governing the aircrafts operation in Part 135 On Demand operations.
- Perform all Company assigned duties in accordance with Company manuals, memos, and policies.
- Conduct diligent preflight planning and prepare flight plans.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
- Ensure that the aircraft is clean and prepared for flight with all of the necessary provisions on board for the safety and comfort of the passengers.
- Wear the company issued uniform and comply with the uniform policy.
- Responsible for carrying out Company policies, procedures and directives relating to specific aircraft operations.
- Review revisions to the Aircraft Flight Manual issued by the manufacturer and incorporate those changes into the program.
- Conduct frequent observation flights to ensure that the highest levels of proficiency and standardization are maintained by all crew members.
- Identify the need for "special emphasis" training issues and monitor the effectiveness of such training.
- Assist Flight Operations leadership with the development of specific training and operating procedures as well as current flight deck checklists for the CRJ200.
- Conduct all Operations Experience (OE) in accordance with the approved FAA training program and GOM guidance.
- Conduct Company-specific knowledge exams in accordance with regulatory checking events.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
