Job Description

We are looking for brokers who understand the market and have a proven track record of identifying sales leads right through to establishing long term client relationships.&xa0;

You will need to be commercially astute and driven by smashing financial targets whilst working both independently and as part of a team.&xa0;

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a charter broker is essential for this role
• Extensive aircraft knowledge 
• An expert understanding of the aviation industry and the chartering market
• A proven track record of selling charters
• Able to identify sales leads 
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Enjoys working towards goals and objectives in a competitive environment
• Has a good balance between independent and team-oriented work
