The Inside Sales role is responsible for driving sales for specific customer accounts or region. You will achieve increased sales targets from existing accounts/customers aligned with business initiatives. You will increase sales by recommending new product offerings to existing customers. You will be responsible for increasing the customer base and influence cross-functional teams to eliminate barriers to sales success. You will drive new customer leads to outside sales. You will liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems. You will analyze sales statistics and business needs to provide recommendations to customers and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:  

1.       Achieve annual sales plan leveraging all resources to maximize sales growth.

2.       Execute marketing and sales programs for territory growth.

3.       Provide remote product support and training to distributors.

4.       Define and track opportunity pipeline.

5.       Create new business, maintain current business, and manage growth within a defined territory.

6.       Coordinate with outside sales to maximize sales coverage of the commercial markets.

7.     Engage in telephone campaigns to distributors and contractors to increase product awareness and sales.

8.     Effectively prioritize and respond to inbound leads or customer requests for information.

9.     Assist with escalated customer issues, as needed (e.g., invoicing, service, project delivery).

10.  Oversee and manage customer relationships for an assigned book of accounts.

11.  Develop strong, collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization, namely Operations and regionals sales manager.

Must haves:

•         Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.

•         Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.

•         Electrical experience is required.

•         Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix- team environment.
