Job overview and responsibilities
We are looking for Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator with 1-2 year of salesforce BA/Admin experience.
As a Salesforce Business Analyst,
- You would analyze business processes, gather requirements, design and configure Salesforce solutions, and manage projects
- You will also be required to work closely with business stakeholders and other members of the team.
- You would also be expected to have knowledge about integrating salesforce solutions with other enterprise cloud technology systems and meet other business requirements.
- Get trained/self-learn new skill(Salesforce admin/Functional flow) quickly.
- Documentation: BRD , FRD, TDD etc. etc. Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Plan and monitor scope by ensuring that needs are within the SOWs scope and communicating any variances for inclusion in the change control process.
- Assist the product owner in defining value and priority and selecting scope for upcoming releases and sprints by facilitating the continuing backlog grooming process.
- Maintain a functional grasp of the business requirements and project solutions

QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/ IT
- 1-2 years of experience with Lightning Component development.
- Multi-disciplinary and versatile with the aptitude to learn and apply new skills faster.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and proficient in verbal and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, including management and end-users.
- Self -starter who takes initiative and is proactive
- Exhibit written and spoken English fluency.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customizations, and reporting
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
- Knowledge of tools like Azure DevOps, Jira etc.
- Experience working on PPT and excel
Preferred
- Salesforce certifications.
- Airlines industry experience
