Job Description:

We are partnered with a charter broker to help identify a Senior Sales Director for their Jet Card Team.  Primary responsibility will be to generate and close new Jet Card/fractional business as well as maintain a book of recurrent revenue. You will represent the company in a consultative sales approach with high-net-worth individuals and Fortune 1000 companies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed specified sales targets for New Jet Card Revenue and Renewal Jet Card Revenue
  • Contribute to the sales team’s responsibilities of standard office hours and after-hours coverage of fielding inbound sales inquiries
  • You will be provided leads daily and will be expected to call those leads the same day or the next day at the latest. In addition, generate leads and vet leads for prospective Jet Card Members through a proactive search made up of business owners, C-level decision makers, and other high net-worth individuals
  • Generate revenue within the Jet Card membership through cultivating relationships and consultative selling, prospecting, in-person meetings, and qualifying individuals based on the proper solution for their annual hourly usage
  • Research prospective members and cultivate leads together with and independent of company-owned resources
  • Develop and maintain an active, pipeline at or exceeding targets set by sales management, recorded in salesforce.com.
  • Be knowledgeable in all aspects of the market related to membership, fractional, card, and charter sales to enhance the customer’s decision-making process and close the business
  • Perform meet and greet service support as applicable for the company’s client base, including travel to other markets
  • Develop customized resources for product and service evaluation, including tools, collateral, proposals, and personalized analysis
  • Participate in marketing and industry events as appropriate
  • Represent the company at various community and business meetings to promote the company
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • 2 or more years of proven success in membership sales
  • Experience in the Aviation industry or Luxury Brand markets preferred
  • Proven experience obtaining signatures on contracts and closing new accounts
  • Prior high-end/executive-level sales and public contact experience

  • Always demonstrate a professional demeanor, in a competitive environment, both internal and external to the office/work surroundings
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite application
  • Ability to work stand-alone and with minimal supervision
  • Ability to travel as needed within the community, state, and country
