We have successfully partnered finding technical talent for one of our most forward thinking engineering partners. Their company is focused on using their their size and talent to create nimble and unique solutions in Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Modeling & Simulation, Data Science & Analytics, Machine Learning, Energy, and Power Systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead data analytics and Power App development efforts for Army Air and Missile Defense systems, focusing on Mission Command systems.
• Collaborate with operations, business analysts, and other directorates to develop data analytics outputs and knowledge management components using Power BI.
• Manage the entire process from requirement gathering, data capture, and modeling to Power BI report development with advanced data visualizations.
• Administer and maintain the Army-hosted Power BI environment and identify process improvement opportunities through workflow analysis.
• Design and maintain custom SharePoint solutions, including forms, workflows, lists, and automation for staffing and operational processes.

Qualifications:

• Clearance: Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
• Education: Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in Microsoft Power BI or other data modeling and visualization tools.
  • Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer with access control training.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher).
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams or similar video conferencing platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

• Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with JavaScript and/or JSON.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS tools.
