Contract Position

This role is supporting the space systems division of one of our longest partners in our 28 years of staffing in Aerospace and Defense. This program builds satellites and spacecraft that do amazing things in space for government and commercial customers. You will be working with a team whose satellites give earlier warning of severe weather, connect troops on the battlefield, and deliver GPS directions to a billion people worldwide. Responsibilities:

• Perform software development tasks in support of the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree combined with 6 + years of relevant work experience; or Masters Degree combined with 4 + years of relevant work experience.
• Ansible
• Shell scripting (bash)
• GitLab pipelines (or any CI system would work)
• Containers/Kubernetes
• CompTIA Security+ Certification
• Desired Skills:
  • Oracle FMW/RDBMs installation/administration
  • Linux administration
  • Liquibase or database devops experience
  • OpenShift
  • Helm
