About the Company

Life Flight Network was founded in 1978 and is one of the country’s first air medical transport services. We are not-for-profit, focused on safety, customer service, and quality. We are owned by a consortium of Oregon Health & Science University, Legacy Emanuel Medical Center, Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center, and Providence Health & Services, and are proud to provide a joined strength of world-class health institutions, a unique combination of air and ground ambulances, and highly skilled employees to communities in need. We are passionate about investing in each one of our employee's success, creating an environment inspiring individuals to reach their highest potential. We have earned numerous awards, including the 2014 Excellence in Community Service Award, the 2009 Air Medical Program of the Year award, and we are consistently ranked as one of the best large nonprofits to work for by Oregon Business Magazine; ranking in the top 15 for the last six years.
